Deep Sleep Dream Tea | Organic Herbal Blend with Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Skullcap & Valerian | Bedtime

This is a deep sleep blend for nights when your body is tired but your brain has decided to start a podcast. Chamomile, lemon balm, passionflower, skullcap, oatstraw, rose, lavender, and a little valerian gather together like a weighted quilt in a cup. It is floral, earthy, calming, and very firmly not interested in your 3 a.m. theories, grudges, errands, or emotional archaeology.

Use For
Deep sleep, bedtime anxiety, restless thoughts, nervous-system tension, occasional insomnia, dreamwork, emotional decompression, and the nights when the body is tired but the mind has other ideas.

Astrologically suited for:
Especially helpful for busy Mercury and Moon types: Gemini, Virgo, Aquarius, Aries, or 12th-house placements.

Brewing Instructions
Use 1 tablespoon per 8–10 oz hot water. Steep covered for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Sip 30–60 minutes before bed. For a stronger cup, use 1½ tablespoons and steep the full 20 minutes. For a softer flavor, add honey or a splash of oat milk.
