Bellwether Brew is for those of us who feel the wind change before the storm. I designed this blend for the nervous system standing on a cliff and looking down. It is a balm for the unease that so commonly accompanies sensitivity. It won’t knock you out but it can calm you down and bring you back to solid ground.

Brewing: Steep 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover while steeping.
Ingredients: Milky oats, linden, lemon balm, skullcap, rose
