Nettle provides a green, mineral-rich foundation. Echinacea and elderberry bring traditional seasonal wellness support, while hawthorn adds a gently tart, heart centered note. Milky oats soften the blend and make it especially suited to periods of stress, fatigue, and nervous system depletion.

Tenderthorn is a sturdy but gentle cup: nourishing, protective, and calming without feeling sleepy. It is the kind of tea to reach for when your body is asking you to slow down, rebuild, and pay attention before tired becomes exhausted.

Taste: earthy, green, darkly fruity, lightly tart, and softly grassy.

Ingredients: nettle, echinacea, elderberry, hawthorn, milky oats.

Brewing: Steep 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover while steeping.
