The Ladies’ Reserve Herbal Tea, Women’s Wellness Tea, Mineral Rich Nettle and Alfalfa Blend

Fennel, ginger, sage, and licorice bring warmth, sweetness, and digestive ease, creating a cup that feels substantial, restorative, and quietly fortifying. This is not a tea for becoming a new woman by morning. It is for tending to the woman already here, restoring the stores, steadying the constitution, and putting something back where life has made repeated withdrawals.

Brewing Instructions
Use 1 heaping tablespoon per 12 ounces of water. Cover and steep for 12 to 15 minutes, then strain. For a stronger mineral infusion, use ¼ cup of the blend per quart of hot water and steep, covered, for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
