The Fitzgreen Tonic
A Fitzgeraldian infusion for restless dreamers and midnight romantics.

Ingredients and Intentions
Hibiscus – the crimson bloom of reckless parties and lipstick-stained glasses, bright with longing and ruin.
Butterfly Pea – twilight over the bay, indigo and mysterious, shifting color like memory itself.
Nettles – the quiet green backbone beneath all that glamour; resilience hiding behind silk shirts and champagne.
Catnip – playful, flirtatious mischief; the nervous laughter at the edge of every jazz-age romance.
Elderberry – dark ancestral fruit, steeped in old sorrow and old wisdom, reminding us that every party has ghosts.
Calendula – scattered golden petals of summer optimism, hopeful as lanterns strung across a Gatsby lawn.

Tasty Notes:
The cup opens bright and tart with hibiscus like a burst of jazz trumpet. Soon the flavor deepens into elderberry’s shadowed sweetness, softened by herbal greens from nettle and catnip.
Butterfly pea lends a cool, dusky smoothness, while calendula glows quietly in the background like a fading sunset. It tastes a little wild, a little nostalgic, like a summer night that will not quite end.

Best Served:
When you feel the strange pull of a dream that refuses to stay buried. Drink it while rereading old letters, writing stories about people who almost existed, or staring across water that holds more memory than truth.

Lantern light recommended. Jazz optional.

Brewing Instructions
Steep covered for 7–8 minutes to draw out the deep berry color and herbal depth. Strain and drink hot, or pour over ice with a squeeze of lemon and watch the butterfly pea shift its shade like the sky at dusk.
