Ingredients & Purpose:
Red Clover – Restorative and grounding; supports long stamina and quiet resolve
Lemon Balm – Clears mental fog and smooths anxious edges
Rosehips – Bright, tart nourishment; resilience with a little wit
Catnip – Gently calming without dullness; steadies the emotional current
Elderberry – Immune support and deep nourishment; strength built over time
Echinacea – Fortifying and protective; reinforces boundaries and vitality

Tasty Notes:
Soft herbal body with a gentle tartness from the Rosehips and Elderberry. Calm, slightly green, and quietly fortifying. No drama. Just substance.

Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 tablespoon of tea per 12–14 oz freshly boiled water.
Cover and steep for 12–15 minutes.
Strain and drink warm.
Optional: a touch of honey if you’re feeling generous, but it holds its own without sweetening.
